Refund Policy


We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If that happens, we have a general return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@norvellie.com with your order number, and our customer service team will provide professional and helpful guidance to assist you through the process.

Step 2: Return Your Product

After we approve your request and provide our return/exchange address, send the item back within 7 days, following our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service to confirm delivery, as we can only issue a refund or exchange after receiving the product. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within three to five business days and proceed with a replacement or issue a refund.


Important Notes:

Before returning a product, please contact us to initiate the return/exchange process. Direct returns at the time of delivery or through local post offices without prior contact will not be accepted.
You can email us at info@norvellie.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
Additionally, refunds or exchanges are only issued for items that comply with our Return/Exchange Policy.


Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. However, if you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept its return or exchange.
Please note that size issues, change of mind, damages caused by use, washing, self-repair, or other human interventions are not considered quality issues.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • All items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • We cannot refund any clothing that appears worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items sent as replacements or exchanges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Please note that Norvellie.com is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by customer negligence.
Negligence includes, but is not limited to:

  • Failure to confirm shipping details
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information (such as address, contact number, or recipient’s name)

In such cases, we cannot provide a refund.

If you believe your order information is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@norvellie.com with your order number and the correct details. We will be happy to assist you.


Return Policy

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you received your items.

  • Do not return items to the sender’s address listed on your received package.
    Instead, contact our customer service at info@norvellie.com to receive the correct return address.

Refund/Exchange Process

Once we receive and confirm that your returned items are eligible under our policy, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days, at no additional cost to you.

For better customer service, we will notify you via email:

  • First email: When we receive your return package and confirm item eligibility.
  • Second email: When your refund is processed. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to arrive.
